SEO optimization price. Choose transparent and affordable solutions

The YoSiteUp team offers professional SEO optimisation of websites in clearly defined steps. We have developed a clear price list so that you can choose the right option depending on the size and structure of your website.

Our pricing plans for SEO optimisation:

Case 20 - for small websites with up to 20 pages

Case 50 - optimal for resources with up to 50 pages

Case 100 - suitable for websites with up to 100 pages

Case BIG - an individual solution for websites with 100 pages and above, including projects with complex architecture

The main criterion for determining the cost of work in cases is the number of pages on the website. The larger the website, the longer it will take to work on it. This is due to the fact that each page is worked on separately.

In our cases, we have applied a modern approach to SEO, website auditing, the use of up-to-date tools, and compliance with the necessary requirements of the Google search engine. We will thoroughly work on each page, select key phrases, and write titles and descriptions. Everything you need for your on-page SEO and for the effectiveness of your website.

SEO Optimization Pricing: How to Choose the Right Package for Your Site

The SEO Optimization packages are structured by one variable: the number of pages on your site. Every package includes the same five stages of work - site audit, keyword research, content optimization, fixes, and work report. The price scales with page count because each page requires individual processing: its own keyword assignment, its own content review, its own corrections.

Here is what determines which package fits your site and what you get in each.

How Package Size Is Determined

Page count for the package is the number of indexable pages on your site - pages that Google can crawl and rank. This is not the same as the number of pages in your CMS.

Pages that count toward your package size:

  • Service or product pages
  • Blog posts and articles
  • Category and subcategory pages
  • About, contact, and informational pages
  • Landing pages

Pages that do not count:

  • Pages blocked by `noindex` or `robots.txt`
  • Duplicate URL variants (HTTP/HTTPS, www/non-www - these are technical duplicates, not additional pages)
  • Thank-you pages, confirmation pages, and other non-indexed utility pages

If you are unsure of your indexable page count, check Google Search Console under Index → Pages → Indexed. This gives you the number Google actually has in its index for your site.

Package 20 - For Sites Up to 20 Pages ($199)

The right choice for: small business sites, service landing pages, portfolio sites, and new sites under 20 indexed pages.

What is included:

  • SEO site audit across all pages
  • Keyword research and mapping for up to 20 pages
  • Content optimization (title, meta, H1, H2, images, internal links) on each page
  • Technical fixes: indexation errors, redirect issues, mobile usability, speed
  • Final work report with before/after Health Score comparison and keyword list

Typical sites at this scale: a local business with a homepage, 5-8 service pages, an about page, and a contact page. A startup with a product page, features page, pricing page, and blog with 5-10 posts.

Timeline: 10-15 business days from CMS access received to report delivered.

Package 50 - For Sites of 20 to 50 Pages ($349)

The right choice for: growing service businesses, multi-service agencies, e-commerce with a limited catalogue, and blogs with 20-40 published posts.

At this scale, the keyword map covers category-level pages in addition to individual service or product pages. Category pages often drive significant organic traffic - users searching for a product type rather than a specific product - and frequently have no keyword assignments in sites that grew without an SEO strategy.

What changes compared to Package 20:

  • Keyword research scope extends to category pages and subcategories
  • Content optimization covers blog posts as well as core pages
  • Internal linking audit covers cross-category links, not just homepage links

Timeline: 15-20 business days.

Package 100 - For Sites of 50 to 100 Pages ($599)

The right choice for: established service businesses, content-heavy sites, and e-commerce with a broader catalogue.

At 50-100 pages, template-level issues become significant. A CMS generating pages from shared templates means that an error in the template - a duplicate title tag pattern, a missing H1 location - appears across all pages generated from that template. Fixing the template fixes all affected pages simultaneously.

Package 100 includes:

  • Template-level audit and fixes (not just page-by-page)
  • Keyword clustering: identifying groups of related pages that should form a topical cluster for stronger ranking signals
  • Priority ranking for content optimization: high-traffic and high-commercial-value pages processed first, lower-priority pages after

Timeline: 20-30 business days.

Package BIG - For Sites Over 100 Pages ($1,199)

The right choice for: large service sites, content publishers, and e-commerce catalogues with 100+ products or categories.

At this scale, full manual processing of every page is not feasible within the package budget. We use automated crawl tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb) for data collection and apply corrections in priority order: critical errors first, then high-traffic pages, then remaining pages.

What Package BIG adds:

  • Full-site automated crawl with manual review of high-priority and template pages
  • Systematic redirect chain consolidation across the full URL structure
  • URL parameter handling for sites generating duplicate URL variants from filters or sorting
  • Schema validation across all template types

For very large sites (500+ pages), Package BIG covers the first 100 pages at full optimization depth. Remaining pages receive audit data, a corrections plan, and minimum standards corrections. A follow-on package can extend the work to remaining pages.

Timeline: 30-45 business days, depending on site architecture.

What All Packages Share

Regardless of which package you choose, the work process is identical:

1. Site access: You provide CMS login credentials. We use read/write access only for the SEO elements we optimize - title tags, meta descriptions, alt attributes, and technical fixes. 2. Stage-by-stage work: The five stages run in sequence. Each stage builds on the previous one. 3. Transparent corrections: Every change we make is documented. The final work report lists each page with before/after values for all modified elements. 4. Keyword map delivery: You receive the keyword map regardless of package size. It stays with you after the package is complete. 5. Second audit: We run the audit again at the end and compare Health Score and Page Health Ratio before and after.

How to Choose if You Are Between Two Packages

If your site has exactly 20 pages: Package 20 covers it fully. If you plan to add pages in the next few months, Package 50 may be more efficient.

If your site has 45 pages: Package 50 applies. If 10 of those pages are blog drafts that are not yet published or indexed, your effective indexed count may be 35 - Package 50 still applies with room for new pages.

If your site is growing rapidly: Choose the package for your current page count. As your site grows past the package threshold, a follow-on package covers the new pages.

If you are unsure: Use Google Search Console (Index → Pages → Indexed) to confirm your exact indexed page count, then choose accordingly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my site grows past the package limit while work is in progress? New pages published after work begins are not included in the current package scope. They will be documented in the work report under "pages outside scope" and can be included in a follow-on package.

Can I split the package across two engagements? No. Each package is a complete five-stage process for the page set it covers. Splitting the stages across separate engagements would break the sequential dependency - fixes depend on what the audit found; content optimization depends on the keyword map.

Is there a discount for purchasing multiple packages? Packages are individually priced based on work scope. If you have multiple sites, contact us to discuss options for multi-site engagements.

What if the audit finds fewer problems than expected? The package price covers the full five stages of work, regardless of how many errors are found in the audit. Sites with fewer initial problems finish faster but the price does not change - faster completion is the benefit, not a reduced price.

Do you work with all CMS platforms? We have direct experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OpenCart, and Shopify. For other platforms, we need to verify CMS access capabilities before confirming the package. Contact us with your CMS and we will confirm feasibility.

What payment method do you accept and when do I pay? Payment details and timing are confirmed during the order process after selecting your package.
