Version of 16.10.2026. These terms apply to YoSiteUp, an SEO and GEO optimization service (optimization for AI search), on the yositeup.com sites. By submitting a request for a free estimate, placing an order or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.

1. Who provides the service

Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Alexander Todosuik, Kyiv, Ukraine, tax ID __________.

2. What we provide

  • Free calculation: search demand in your region, a check of up to 10 pages and AI visibility compared with competitors, sent by email.
  • Paid packages: an audit of the pages you choose and a page-by-page report with ready fixes and where to apply them. Works for any platform.
  • Optional implementation after the audit: auto-fixes on WordPress through our plugin, or our specialist applies the fixes on any platform.
  • Optional Support plan (monthly measurements) or a repeat audit.

The scope of each package (number of pages, what is included) is described on the pricing page and in your order.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You own the website or are authorized by its owner to order the audit and changes.
  • The information you give us (questionnaire, business facts, pages) is accurate and lawful. We build texts only on your facts and do not verify them independently.
  • You decide which fixes to apply. If you apply them yourself, you are responsible for how they are applied.
  • If you give us access for implementation, you keep a current backup of the site. We change only the content of the agreed pages and do not change your theme, plugins, server settings, prices or products.
  • You do not use the service for sites with illegal content, for other people's sites without permission, or to overload or attack any website.

4. Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars; Ukrainian versions of the site also show the equivalent in hryvnias.
  • We send an invoice by email. Work starts after payment.
  • You can change the order (pages, package) until you pay.
  • Taxes and bank or card fees on your side are paid by you.

5. Delivery

  • The report is sent by email as a PDF. For package M (up to 100 pages) it is usually ready 1-2 business days after we receive the questionnaire. Larger packages take longer; times are estimates, not deadlines.
  • If your site is unavailable or blocks our checks, we tell you and agree on what to do; if we cannot deliver at all, you get a full refund.

6. Refunds and cancellation

  • Before work starts - a 100% refund on request.
  • After the report is sent - no refund, because the service has been delivered in full.
  • Support plan - you can cancel at any time; the month already paid is not refunded.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, mentions in AI answers, leads, sales or income. Search engines and AI systems decide on their own and change their rules. Details: Disclaimer of guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, lost sales, lost data or business interruption.
  • We are not liable for the actions of search engines, AI systems, hosting providers, CMS developers or other third parties, or for changes you make to the site yourself.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Rights to the results

  • After payment, the report and the texts, titles and markup we wrote for your pages are yours to use on your sites without restriction.
  • Our methods, software, plugins, templates and report design remain ours.
  • The results of the free calculation can be used by you freely.

10. Confidentiality

We do not publish your data or reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated statistics (without your site name) to improve the service. We name you as a client or publish a case study only with your written permission.

11. Third-party data and services

Search demand, positions, competitor data and speed scores come from third-party services and our own measurements. They are estimates and can differ from your own analytics.

12. Refusal of service

We may refuse or stop work if these terms are breached, if a site contains illegal content, or if the work would require changes that could harm the site. Paid amounts for work not done are refunded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you placed the order applies to that order. The date of the current version is at the top.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation by email; if that fails, the dispute goes to the competent court in Kyiv. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
