- Before work starts - 100% refund on request. Work starts when we begin the audit of your pages after payment; we confirm this by email.
- After the report is sent - no refund, because the service has been delivered in full.
- If we cannot deliver the report (for example, your site is unavailable and we cannot agree on a solution) - full refund.
Implementation (auto-fixes or specialist)
- Before work starts - 100% refund.
- After work starts - the cost of pages already changed is not refunded; the rest is refunded.
Support plan
You can cancel at any time by email. The month already paid is not refunded; no further payments are charged.
How to request a refund
Write to info@yositeup.com with your order number. We reply within 3 business days; the money is returned the same way it was paid, usually within 10 business days.
