The title and description are the first thing people see in Google

People decide which website to click on from the title and description in search results. Google cuts off a poor title or replaces it with its own, and an empty or duplicated description reduces clicks even at a good position. That is why we write meta tags for each page individually, the way a person would, not from a template.

Meta tags for every page

Title, description and H1 for the page's main query - with your real strengths, not a rewording of the heading.

What we check and do

  • the page's main query at the start of the title;
  • no repeated words and no chains separated by "|";
  • the meta description gives reasons to choose you rather than repeating the heading;
  • only honest promises: not "quality guaranteed" if the guarantee only covers installation;
  • a length Google displays in full;
  • the title and H1 do not repeat each other word for word;
  • a separate version for each language and regional version.

Description and keywords meta tags: what works today

The description does not affect rankings directly, but it does affect clicks: it is the text under the title in search results. If it is empty, Google picks a random fragment of the page.

Google has not used the keywords meta tag for many years. There is no need to fill it in - what matters is that your queries appear in the title, H1 and copy.

GEO: meta tags and AI answers

When choosing a source, AI search also reads the title and description: they indicate what the page is about. A clear title that names the service and location helps AI understand the page correctly and cite it in an answer.

What you receive in the report

  • "now -> problem -> how it should be" for the title, description and H1 of every page;
  • an explanation of why;
  • where to change meta tags in your CMS: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Wix and others.

Questions

Do you use templates for similar pages?

No. We write every value individually for its own page and show where to change it in your CMS.

How much does the title affect rankings?

The title is one of a page's most important signals for Google. The description has more effect on clicks.

What is the right length for a title and description?

The aim is for Google to show the text in full: usually up to 60 characters for the title and up to 160 for the description. We put the main word first so it stays visible even if the text is cut off.

Can I add the meta tags myself?

Yes, the report contains ready text and the place to add it in your CMS. On WordPress our plugin can add them once you approve.
