Evidence of the work, not just a promise
SEO work that is not documented anywhere is hard to check and impossible to take on trust. With every package you receive a full report: what was found on each page, ready "before - after" fixes and a baseline. Four weeks after the fixes are made, a repeat measurement shows what has changed. Specifics, not vague statements. YOSITE UP!

SEO work report
WITH EVIDENCE
After the audit we prepare and send you a detailed report on SEO optimisation: the errors affecting your website's Google rankings, with ready fixes for each. Once the fixes are made, a repeat audit shows the result. You get a clear picture of the work done and can see how the improvements have affected your website's visibility.

WORK REPORT Technical SEO
Google can then assess the website properly for its search results.

What an SEO audit gives you
Keywords and the SEO audit
Alongside the SEO audit, we provide a list of keywords chosen specifically for the pages of your website. These phrases reflect what your target audience searches for and meet Google's relevance and search volume requirements. As a result, search engines understand your content better and your website ranks higher for the queries that matter. This is the foundation for successful SEO from then on.
SEO optimisation report: what it contains and what the result looks like
The report is the main deliverable of a GEO SEO optimisation package. It records the state of every page, ready fixes and a baseline, and a repeat measurement after the fixes are made shows the changes in Google.
The report is not a PDF presentation full of general statements. It is a specific list of changes, giving the page, the parameter and the new value.
What the report contains
Section 1: Metadata and content changes
For each optimised page we record:
- Title tag: old version → new version
- Meta description: old version → new version
- H1: old version → new version
- Alt attributes: which images were updated and the new values
Section 2: Technical fixes
List of technical fixes:
- List of 301 redirects (from URL → to URL)
- Canonical tags: pages where they were added or corrected
- Hreflang: corrected language versions and language codes
- Changes to robots.txt and the XML sitemap
- Other technical fixes (HTTPS, redirect chains, etc.)
Section 3: Indexing before and after the fixes
A comparison of indexing figures before and after the fixes (Google Search Console data, if you have connected it, filtered by your target countries):
- Number of pages in Google's index
- Indexing issues resolved
- Coverage: fewer "Crawled - currently not indexed" pages
Section 4: Ranking trends in Google
For the queries in the baseline - how their positions in Google changed at the repeat measurement:
- The keyword in its natural search form
- Position on the day of the report
- Position at the repeat measurement
- Change (+/- positions)
Section 5: SEO and AI-readiness scores
Page scores after the fixes, compared with the baseline.
GEO SEO optimisation package timeline
Day 1: order and questionnaire
You choose the package and the pages and fill in a questionnaire about your business: what you sell, where your customers are and what makes you better than your competitors.
Days 1-2: audit and report
Over 120 SEO and GEO checks on every page, keyword research using SE Ranking data for Google in your target country, ready titles, descriptions, H1s, copy and markup. The report for package M is normally ready in 1-2 days.
Implementation - optional
You make the fixes yourself using the report, or after the audit you order auto-fixes on WordPress or our specialist. On WordPress - via Yoast/Rank Math, on Shopify - via the SEO fields of products and collections, on Magento - via the SEO fields of products and categories.
After 4 weeks: repeat measurement
The same measurement on the same pages: Google rankings, visibility in AI answers, page scores - with the "Support" subscription or a repeat audit.
Ranking trends in Google after optimisation: what to expect
The first 4-6 weeks
Google needs time to recrawl the updated pages. The quickest results come for pages that already have backlinks or significant traffic: Google rechecks them sooner after the changes.
2-3 months after the fixes
For most commercial websites, quality on-page optimisation and technical fixes lead to noticeable ranking movement in Google. Keywords sitting at positions 15-40 usually start moving towards the first page.
6 months and beyond
The effect of optimisation keeps building. Pages that reach the first page of Google continue to bring traffic without further monthly spending - provided there is no technical regression and competitors do not make an aggressive push.
Why some results take longer
In competitive niches (legal services, healthcare, finance in major cities), on-page optimisation is necessary but not sufficient to reach the top of Google. In those niches, getting to the first page also requires systematic work on links and content - the components of GEO SEO Marketing.
What to do after the package: recommendations
A monthly technical check
After one-off GEO SEO optimisation, we recommend a monthly check so that CMS or plugin updates do not undo the fixes. It is included in the "Support" subscription and in the GEO SEO marketing plans.
A content strategy for Google
On-page optimisation and technical fixes lay the right foundation. Steadily building your content presence in Google (keyword-targeted articles in each language your customers use) is the next logical step for holding and growing your rankings.
Hreflang and your language strategy
For websites with several language or regional versions, correctly configured hreflang after a GEO SEO optimisation package is the foundation. The next step is building content for each language audience separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get the report as an Excel file or a Google Sheet? Yes. We can supply the metadata changes section as a Google Sheet or an Excel file.
What if new technical problems appear after the package is finished? The report captures the state of the website on the day of the audit. New problems (after CMS, hosting or Google algorithm updates) fall outside the one-off package; they are picked up by the monthly check in the "Support" subscription or the GEO SEO marketing plans.
How long does the report remain valid? The recorded metadata changes and technical fixes stay on your website. Scores and rankings are a snapshot taken on the day of the report. We suggest treating the report as the starting point for further work.
What if a Shopify or Magento update has overwritten the fixes? A repeat measurement will reveal it: you keep the fixes from the report and can apply them again. To catch problems like this straight away, the "Support" subscription includes a monthly check.
