What data we collect

  • Free calculation form: name, email, phone and messenger (if you give them), website address, what you sell, region, pages and competitors you list.
  • Order: the same contact data, the questionnaire about your business, the list of pages, invoice and payment status. We do not receive or store card numbers.
  • Implementation (only if you order it): access to your site or hosting that you give us.
  • Technical data: the time of your consents and email confirmation, IP address and browser data in server logs, cookies described in the Cookie policy.
  • Public pages of your website, which we check for the audit.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To prepare the free calculation and to deliver the ordered service - performance of a contract or steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To contact you about your request or order - the same basis.
  • To send offers and useful materials - only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To keep the site secure and records of consents - our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) and legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).
  • For Ukraine: we process data with your consent and to perform the contract, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Who receives data

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising. Data is processed only by service providers who help us run the service:

  • our hosting provider (servers and email, Ukraine);
  • SEO data providers and Google PageSpeed Insights - they receive only your website address and search phrases, not your contact data;
  • AI model providers (for example, Anthropic) - they receive the content of your public pages and your questionnaire answers to prepare fixes, without your contact data.

Data may be processed outside Ukraine and the EEA (for example, in the USA). In such cases we rely on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards required by law.

How long we keep data

  • Free calculation requests - up to 3 years after the last contact, or less if you ask us to delete them.
  • Orders and invoices - as long as required by tax and accounting law.
  • Site access for implementation - only until the work is finished; then we ask you to change the password.
  • Marketing consent - until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Delete my data - one email, and we delete your data within 30 days and confirm it in reply.

You can ask us to show, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent - write to info@yositeup.com. You can unsubscribe from offers through the link in any such email. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine - the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights; in the EU or UK - the authority of your country.

California residents

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Requests: info@yositeup.com.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and keep client reports outside the public part of the server. Reports are deleted from our server after they are sent.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not intended for persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the current version is at the top. If changes are significant, we notify clients by email.
